Seeking God: True Prayer Speak the Word

Walk the faith walk

Hope Filled

Truth and Trust God

Living with fear walking by faith.

Man is made up of three parts. We are Spirit, Soul, and Body.

Spirit is God Consciousness. Soul is mind consciousness. Body is world consciousness.

God is Spirit. When we receive Christ as our Savior we become born again. We become aware and conscious of God. In our Spirit is where we fellowship and have communion with God. When people are not born again they not filled with His Spirit so they are separated until they receive His Spirit. Spirit is where talk and listen to Holy Spirit. This is where power of the Divine is. Spirit led, spiritual. Our Spirit connected with God thru Christ.

Soul is the mind, feelings, emotions. Soul is where we have a biggest battles. Soul is where we deal with feelings like guilt and shame. Resentment and anger and fears are in this SOUL MIND CONSCIOUSNESS.

Romans 7 speaks of the wars that goes on inside each and every person. Paul wrote the things I do not want to do, I do. The things I want to do, I do not do. These are the battles in our Soul.

Body is the third part of mankind. We all have a body. We live in this body which is Spirit and Soul. Our body is world consciousness. We feel heat, cold, we bleed our heart beats.

Bibles refers to the body as the temple of God. The house for Spirit & Soul. God Consciousness and Mind, Feeling, Emotional, Thinking Consciousness.

We are Spirit, Soul, Body. I had listened to a teaching by Bishop T.D.Jakes and it blessed me. His message was LIVING WITH FEAR, WALKING BY FAITH.

In our world today there is so much confusion, fears, fightings, divisions. It is quit perplexing to figure out what and who to believe. Everyone seems to be pointing fingers on every issue.

There is huge human struggle going on inside of every person alive. Dead people do not struggle anymore. Living people we all have our share of struggles.

Fear seems to be the biggest struggles we face. Fear of Covid 19, fear of getting sick, fear of financial struggles, fear of isolation and quarantine. Fear of loosing self or loved ones. Fear of hurt or being alone. Fear of growing old, fear of pains and loosing memories. Fears of cancer, diabetes, hear attacks, etc. Fear is failure, fear of failing a spouse or children. Fear of loosing everything. Fear of getting everything. Fear of the unknown.

“Fear defeats more people than any other one thing in the world.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

We live in this world and it has troubles.

John 16:33 AMP
“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace. In the world you have tribulation and distress and suffering, but be courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.” [My conquest is accomplished, My victory abiding.]”

Jesus told Truths. In the world you will have tribulation, distress, and suffering. It is in the mind that feel the fears, pains, hurts. WE ARE SPIRIT LIVING IN THE BODY WITH OUR SOUL. YOUR SOUL GETS SCARED, YOUR SOUL GETS ANGRY, YOUR SOUL GETS JEALOUS, YOUR SOUL GETS BITTER. YOUR BODY FEELS BUT YOUR SOUL MAKES YOUR BODY RESPOND TO THE HURTS, FEARS, ETC.

YOUR SPIRIT IS EITHER WEAK OR STRONG. DEPENDING WHICH ONE YOU FEED.

2 Timothy 1:7 AMP
“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].”

God did not give us a spirit of fear. The enemy wages war to get control of your soul to take over your Spirit. You are redeemed, saved the moment you believe and receive and confess Christ as your Lord and Savior. Your soul on the other hand has to be made to submit and surrender its power to Spirit.

We all have fears we have to deal with. Just because you deal with fears does not mean you do not have faith. Just because you have faith does not mean you will never deal with fears.

We are Spirit, Soul, Body. You can be a faith person and still get afraid. The key is you move from fear in your soulish realm to Spirit and fear has to yield, submit to the Spirit of God in you.

We are Spirit and we live in a troubled world. Our God consciousness is powerful. This is our connection to God thru what Jesus did for us and the Holy Spirit continues to help us.

The battle is to keep the soul under the control of the Spirit. You can read throughout the Bible where Gods people became soul led and the messes they created but when they went Spirit God would deliver them.

“No power so effectually robs the mind of all its powers of acting and reasoning as fear.”
Edmund Burke

“Fear is an insidious and deadly thing. It can warp judgment, freeze reflexes, breed mistakes. Worse, it’s contagious.”
Jimmy Stewart

Galatians 7 speaks of the battle between soul and spirit which ever one gets control moves the body.

“But [like a boxer] I strictly discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached [the gospel] to others, I myself will not somehow be disqualified [as unfit for service].”
1 Corinthians 9:27 AMP

Paul is saying he has to physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritual take control over his soulish part of himself. The natural man is the soulish realm. See they battle because which ever one you feed, give in too will control you, your life, family, business, etc.

Fear is to stay outside of you. We can deal with things that cause us to become afraid but not allow it to get inside of your Spirit.

“May He grant you out of the riches of His glory, to be strengthened and spiritually energized with power through His Spirit in your inner self, [indwelling your innermost being and personality],”
Ephesians 3:16 AMP

Ephesians 3:17
“so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through your faith. And may you, having been [deeply] rooted and [securely] grounded in love,”

“be fully capable of comprehending with all the saints (God’s people) the width and length and height and depth of His love [fully experiencing that amazing, endless love];”
Ephesians 3:18 AMP

“and [that you may come] to know [practically, through personal experience] the love of Christ which far surpasses [mere] knowledge [without experience], that you may be filled up [throughout your being] to all the fullness of God [so that you may have the richest experience of God’s presence in your lives, completely filled and flooded with God Himself].”
Ephesians 3:19 AMP

“Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us,”
Ephesians 3:20 AMP

There is a difference from being born again and being Spirit Filled. Born again means you have your place with God in Heaven. Spirit Filled means you have Heaven on Earth and Heavenly Power to defeat the enemy and to move things in the natural world by by the POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

MANY CHRISTIAN BELIEVERS STRUGGLE MORE AND BATTLE MORE BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO FIGHT AND DEAL WITH CHALLENGES AND STRUGGLES IN THE NATURAL SOULISH REALM. ONLY SPIRIT CAN DEFEAT, OVERCOME, WIN THINGS THAT ARE SPIRITUAL.

“Little children (believers, dear ones), you are of God and you belong to Him and have [already] overcome them [the agents of the antichrist]; because He who is in you is greater than he (Satan) who is in the world [of sinful mankind].”
1 John 4:4 AMP

Who is in you??? Holy Spirit the Spirit of the Living God.

This is how we live in fear but WALK IN FAITH. FEAR ALL AROUND US LIKE WATER IN THE OCEAN BUT IN FAITH WE JUST KEEP FLOATING AND SWIMMING. NO SINKING, NO DROWNING. POWER. POWER. POWER.

WONDER WORKING POWER.

“Jesus replied, “Have faith in God [constantly]. I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea!’ and does not doubt in his heart [in God’s unlimited power], but believes that what he says is going to take place, it will be done for him [in accordance with God’s will]. For this reason I am telling you, whatever things you ask for in prayer [in accordance with God’s will], believe [with confident trust] that you have received them, and they will be given to you.”
Mark 11:22-24 AMP
