SERMON NOTES

I just went to an Increase Conference. It was a conference about creating increase in every area of life. Not just a money increase event, but increase in relationships, anointing increase in spiritual activities, health, business, ministries, etc…

We started this month off with SuperNatural Power. We are going to jump into SuperNatural Provision. God wants us to have provision. The world teaches that we way we will get increase provision is to get a job and work hard. There are many people who have jobs and work hard but still struggle and can’t seem to get ahead.

God wants you to get ahead. God wants us to have more rather than less. The increase does not begin with what you do on the outside of your life. In order to have more you more BECOME MORE. WHEN YOU BECOME MORE YOU WILL HAVE MORE.

The story is told that a man died and went to Heaven. He was met at the pearly gates by the apostle Peter who led him down the golden streets. They went past mansions after beautiful mansions until they came to the end of the street where they stopped in front of a shack. The man asked Peter why he got a hut when there were so many mansions he could live in. Peter replied, “I did the best I could with the money you sent us.”

Two men were marooned on an island. One man paced back and forth like he thought it was the last day of his life, while the other man relaxed and appeared unconcerned. The first man said to the second man, “Aren’t you afraid? We are about to die.”

“No,” said the second man, “I made a $100,000.00 commitment to our church building fund. My pastor will find me.”

SuperNatural Provisions:
SuperNatural means (of a manifestation or event) attributed to some force beyond scientific understanding or the laws of nature. : of or relating to something beyond or outside of nature or the

Visible universe:
Natural or nature this is realm where most people do life. This is what is seen and believed by
the 5 senses. Most people live based on what they see, hear, feel, think, taste. Word says we
live by faith not by sight. God says we live in the natural or nature realm but we are to do life in
the SuperNatural Realm.

Provision: means Latin: the act of providing, foresight, to see ahead. the act or process of supplying or providing something: something that is done in advance to prepare for something else.

It’s like when people seen the hurricane and storms coming what did they do, the went and stocked up on provisions. It not just the destructive we should see but the supernatural opportunities God wants to supply supernatural provisions to provide for His people.

“Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality–faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses].”
HEBREWS 11:1 AMP.

Evidence of things not seen, the conviction of their reality—faith comprehends as fact what can not be experienced by the physical senses.

This is why we believe in a SuperNatural God who we believe has a Heaven for us, but we do not believe we have a SuperNatural God here on earth. We choose to listen and follow and obey our senses, our natural senses.

When you live by your natural senses the supernatural will never make sense because the supernatural is based on superior to the natural. Super, superior to the above the natural. This is why many believers live defeated, broke, broken, wounded, lack, hopeless, and depressed, oppressed, fearful and worried, etc.

Imagine you have a car, but you choose not to put the key in the ignition and turn it on, but you choose to put it in drive but do not use the power of the engine, you use your power so you start pushing the car, you are sweating, and slipping, but the car is slowly moving but not very fast and not very far. You get a little, very little progress. Because you did it in your self or the natural. God loves us and will let us. He will let live in bondage, if we choose to think and believe in fear and lack. God let His people become slaves to a smaller, weaker nation because His people chose fear, they chose lack, they chose to whine and complain and not do move in faith and power. The chose to do life in the natural. They suffered, they suffered, they whined, they cried, they complained, they blamed God, but God could not move for them until they chose to move into the supernatural. Until they steeped into the supernatural power of God. Your tears will not move God, your pain will not move God, the only thing that moves God is faith, trust and reliance on God.

“But you shall remember [with profound respect] the LORD your God, for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore (solemnly promised) to your fathers, as it is this day.”
DEUTERONOMY 8:18 AMP

“But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.” Deuteronomy 8:18 KJV
Listen to this commandment: You shall remember the Lord thy God: it is He who gives you the power to make wealth. Who gives you the power to get wealth. Power to make wealth, power to get wealth.

Everyone spends time praying for Jesus to bless them and and give them the wealth. We are praying missed prayers. He said it is me who give you the power to get and make wealth.

If you get into you and self reliance and it is all about your money, your business, your stuff you are stuck in you. God says Remember it is I who gives you the power.

Power comes from God. He did not say He would give it to you but He would provide the power to get, the power to make.

“Now [remember] this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to others] will also reap generously [and be blessed].” 2 CORINTHIANS 9:6 AMP

REMEMBER THIS! Why? God wants us to get this point. You will reap the same level of sowing. What you give, how much you give, all come from what kind of heart you have. Fear, stingy, greedy, caring, kindness, liberal. You can not expect a lot when you sowed little. The widow mite story was she a little in amount but because it was all she had Jesus said she gave more than everybody. Jesus watches our giving.

“Let each one give [thoughtfully and with purpose] just as he has decided in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver [and delights in the one whose heart is in his gift].”
2 CORINTHIANS 9:7 AMP

We should be prayed up and ready in our worship of giving. The heart is where it starts and ends.
“And God is able to make all grace [every favor and earthly blessing] come in abundance to you, so that you may always [under all circumstances, regardless of the need] have complete sufficiency in everything [being completely self-sufficient in Him], and have an abundance for every good work and act of charity.”
2 CORINTHIANS 9:8 AMP

“As it is written and forever remains written, “HE [the benevolent and generous person] SCATTERED ABROAD, HE GAVE TO THE POOR, HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS ENDURES FOREVER!””
2 CORINTHIANS 9:9 AMP

“Now He who provides seed for the sower and bread for food will provide and multiply your seed for sowing [that is, your resources] and increase the harvest of your righteousness [which shows itself in active goodness, kindness, and love].”
2 CORINTHIANS 9:10 AMP

“You will be enriched in every way so that you may be generous, and this [generosity, administered] through us is producing thanksgiving to God [from those who benefit].” 2 CORINTHIANS 9:11 AMP

“For the ministry of this service (offering) is not only supplying the needs of the saints (God’s people), but is also overflowing through many expressions of thanksgiving to God.”
2 CORINTHIANS 9:12 AMP

“Because of this act of ministry, they will glorify God for your obedience to the gospel of Christ which you confess, as well as for your generous participation [in this gift] for them and for all [the other believers in need],”
2 CORINTHIANS 9:13 AMP

“and they also long for you while they pray on your behalf, because of the surpassing measure of God’s grace [His undeserved favor, mercy, and blessing which is revealed] in you.”
2 CORINTHIANS 9:14 AMP

“Now thanks be to God for His indescribable gift [which is precious beyond words]!”
2 CORINTHIANS 9:15 AMP
